    Edit for this one. The Minimal Screen Percentage address was wrong. I fixed it now. I'm not sure because I'm just at the beginning of the game at the harbour, searched the codes and stopped there. But I'm sure Handheld 540p should handle 60 FPS at Max Clocks.
