All of these are DS games; how are you playing them? Modded console, flashcart, emulator? Do you know how to use cheats for whichever method you're using?

Not enough info to give you a solid answer; what version of Pokemon? Are you on CFW or OFW? Do you have a second Switch available? Also, all of those eBay sellers are just making the Pokemon in PokeHEX anyway, so you're just as likely to get banned for any of those.
