    There are different drivers for RCM part and for 'Awoo part'. Actually there are 2 of them. So if you click 'Download and install drivers' you will get both. It looks like you installed RCM one and didn't install.. let's call it 'non-RCM'. Also it won't break your system if you install drivers...

    IDK. Legacy version just uses usb4java-1.2.0 while 'regular one' uses usb4java-1.3.0. I didn't check what libusb versions used in these two wrappers (but not the latest for sure) however there is are a known issues with old MacOS where application refuses to work with usb4java-1.3.0 but works...
