    looks good. top side Extra gnd seems unnecessary though. The two square ground pads under cap could help stopping flex moving Around, I would say keep them.

    doubt that's an inductor but not resistor. Based from OG and lite design, there are always 100~150 ohm resistor on buttons

    file transfer can be done through Hekate(even from another switch). Boot 0/1 can be generated from emmchhaccgen on PC with prod.key from the Blue screen console. If you can't/don't know how to make unpatched switch into RCM mode, you are on your own.

    Switch battery voltage max out at 4.23v-ish, 3.9v is pretty much closed to 90% charged, NOT VERY LOW. Also If you are expecting 15v goes into the battery terminal, I think you would see some popcorn out of your battery BMS board. This battery designated charging voltage is 4.35v max I believe...

    So you are on HOS FW 18.0.0. Hekate 6.1.1 and AMS 1.7.0prelease should be able to support this verison. I believe you need to rebuild you nand using Tegraexplorer system_wipe to FW18.0.0

    as long as D point has correct diode reading you are fine. The pad under D label on that resistor is ground point, and can be ignore

    Mostly for big purchases, I want it in my hands before I pay. Like a tv, I trust picking it up myself, before I'd trust it being sent thru mail/delivery. (Broken screen, etc) But yea if I can order online, then pickup at store is ok, but not all places offer that.

    Thing is, if you break it driving back to your house, it's your fault. But if the delivery driver damages it, it's not your fault.
