    I was having those exact problems (static noise on radios, and freezes while entering/exiting cars) and both of them stopped when I sorted out the wav file issues.     If you're taking requests, I would like to suggest adding name aliases to the buttons name, because in-game it shows like "Press JOY-11..." and I really dont know which button JOY-11 is, so having the atual button (eg.: ZR) would be a great help.

    Are you using Atmosphere? I'm asking because it creates auto backups of the prodinfo partition, so if you ever copied the atmosphere folder from the SD Card to a PC prior formatting it to create the emunand, you may have a backup.

    Great job Graber! Thanks so much for this port, I'm loving revisiting this game on a proper console. Try to not listen to this people letting you down, those kinds of ports are not that simple and takes time. As you said, both GTA 3 and VC are WIP, so keep up the good work and take your time...
