OK I better get downloading. I will buy Halo, sooner or later. PS I didn't buy a lot of those because I was kinda stupid back awhile. And I only got my Xbox in 2012- 6_9

Gaming Halo Legacy
Halo's will be discontinued for the 360 in Dec 2021. Do I need to download the map packs early, or will those services still be available? Thanks- 6_9

The slim only has Hitachi and LIte-On. The lite-on one needs probing. There are two types of chipset or something like that. The one starting with 'm' needs drilling. However, the hitachi is much more simpler compared to lite-on drives. I think I have a lite-on. Don't know for sure. well thanks...- 6_9

@BigOnYa I have GTA V so awesome can be compared to the next gen versions. It really pushes the system's limits. I wouldn't prefer drive flash cause the DVDs are expensive and needs many tries to get the game on it. But still, can you do that with the Slim model? FlashedDrive is better than...- 6_9

@DinohScene Hmph I wish I could. You see, I live where nothing more than Mobile gaming is present. A modshop? Miles away and due to the COVID outbreak I haven't properly gone out. If things could cooldown I would go to some places where I think I could get what you said. Anyway thanks a lot!- 6_9

it says to install update from USB. earlier once i tried . there is a combo which brings up a screen aking yes or no to move forward. Can we install older dashboards like this....? @godreborn @DinohScene- 6_9

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.+1

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.+1

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
