What OS are you using? I had trouble getting Tinke running in Windows since it was being flagged as untrustworthy, fixed it by opening up the error message, looking at which files were being flagged, searching for them in the Tinke directory, and then unblocking them (right click -> properties...- algo_home

I'm trying to hard rip sprite sheets from the DS game Rocket Slime, but running into a brick wall -- all the sprite ripping tutorials I've found deal with file formats...- algo_home

The problem with X party blocked X bill that would have prevented X is that yes the bill probably would have worked great, buuuttt they put XYZDCBG in said bill as an attempt to sneak things in that tend to be completely unrelated to the original bills intent. It sucks because if they would just do a single thing they could probably get something done...
