Unfortunately no luck
I tried a fresh reformat using latest version of LaunchElf, Win 7 still has same issue as before when I try HDLBATCH. Have just copied over HDD image mentioned above, still same issue
I found a jumper shunt and tried it in different configurations. No difference...
Have tried 1 ISO that was 1.5 Gb and still have this error. Also Ive not formatted the drive to FAT32, ive only used the tools in ulaunchelf to format
Also my port is already USB2

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
