Misc How would I rip a Mii?

This may seem like a weird question, but how would I rip a 3D model of my Mii character? I'm pretty bored and want to do custom poses for my Mii so I can 3D print it. *or if there exists a site where i can pose my mii and save it as a 3d model would be great as well.*

Hacking Homebrew Quick question about bans online....

Lets say I need to update a game because it doesn't have the necessary data to run. If I temporarily disabled 90DNS, would I get banned for updating the game?

    Hacking QUICK/NEWBIE QUESTIONS here!

vWii still runs the same WiFi type as the real Wii. If you are using ethernet, it must be connected on a back USB. Personally, I find that same WiFi issue, and I don't believe there is a fix unless someone can work around it.

Hacking Feedback Hardware WiiU freezes at logo screen - attempted UDPIH recovery force shuts it down

I am now invested in this story. Good luck, Hipoli04! And SDIO, amazing work as always.

Hacking Feedback Hardware WiiU freezes at logo screen - attempted UDPIH recovery force shuts it down

Taking a wild educated guess, and it depends on your WiiU model. If it is the 32gb, I'd get an SD card bigger than that. If you have the 8gb model, get a 16gb SD card. That's usually the case for most nand backups in general. SDIO will let you know for certain though.

    Hacking QUICK/NEWBIE QUESTIONS here!

Yes, although you would likely receive a lot of bandwidth / power loss in those USB's. So, I'd avoid doing so.

    A PS2 no booter.

Update: I took pics but none of them matter. It's just a black screen with a ps2 running. if I need, I can try to get a picture of the mobo itself, but I'm doubtful I can repair it further. I wouldn't know the exact parts I need, and I don't have a reflow station.

    A PS2 no booter.

Sadly, I tried that. The whole down x down down down x left whatever didn't work. I also tried PS1 composite cables, which also didn't work. It's not a matter of no signal, which would be the case for it being set to component. I believe something inside the MOBO is either dead or I am just...

    A PS2 no booter.

Like others, I got a PS2. I got mine cheap for 10 bucks at a tag sale, which I later found out to have a modchip. It's an older Modbo 750, can't tell which version other than that. I'd get to the Modbo boot screen, artifacts would flicker quickly, and nothing else. I figured the modchip was an...

Emulation Homebrew WUP Installer can't install Gamecube WUP package.

shit, got a system memory error. seems temporary *thankfully* but its because I followed the wrong guide since im using aroma, not haxchi or tiramisu. leaving this as note to NOT do that. 1684626958 Update: it works! The RPX file format confused me into thinking it was a homebrew application...

Emulation Homebrew WUP Installer can't install Gamecube WUP package.

I was recently finally able to setup Wii U USB Helper, which showed me the cool option of playing GameCube games, on my Wii U, with the gamepad. I go through the steps, making a complete WUP package. However, installing it has given me nothing but issues. It throws an error at me, this happens...

Homebrew app I NintenDON'T know what's going on. (help me)

Gladly. Originally, the Gamecube files had been placed like so: usb/games/*gamename.iso* which was causing USB Loader to not see the game files correctly. As Pedro said, it's more like usb/games/game_name/game.iso I believe the issue for the Hard drive causing a loss of power to the Wii was due...

*clap* I don't know how I didn't realize I screwed up the actual game file structure. Game names, the folders, damn. It now works, and now I know the solutions. As of now, this thread is officially, SOLVED.

Homebrew app I NintenDON'T know what's going on. (help me)

The plot thickens. Gamecube games show on neither, The HDD was indeed GPT on it's format, I'll see a fix to that soon. Also, I never stated I would ONLY be playing GC games. I have been told previously that when people took old PS4 drives for their Wii backups, they worked just fine. Any other...

Homebrew app I NintenDON'T know what's going on. (help me)

After reading over my scenario, it has not helped me. Going through settings in USBLoader GX, checking my drive, everything is normal. I'll try putting a GC game on my SD card. The USB is recognized. And I am using a Y-Cable. Data going into the Wii, power going to a USB Brick. 1668885350 Okay...

Homebrew app I NintenDON'T know what's going on. (help me)

I have multiple issues going on. After FINALLY getting a Wii with Boot2 compatibility, I swapped the bad disk drive out and got to here. I set up RiiConnect24, with the new updated DNS, and now I keep getting FORE/NEWS000002 anytime I try to boot those apps. I have accepted the EULA, downloaded...

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
