    No worries. If the replacement part didn't work, I'm not sure how you would fix this. It's possibly an issue with the section on the motherboard itself, but I don't know for sure. If there's a repair shop for this kind of stuff in your area, maybe take it there

    Have you tried connecting the Wii to a TV via RCA cables? I'm not exactly sure what this "bluetooth adapter" is Edit: Wait I think I know what you're talking about now. Is it a wireless dongle thing that replaces the wii sensor bar? I don't think that'll fix issues with the picture

    You might be able to resolve this issue by homebrewing the console. However, Nintendo is very strict when it comes to the hacking of their current consoles, and doing that will disable online play exclusively on that console, which shouldn't be an issue I imagine.
