Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

Yes, you are correct, nvidia chips has NVENC video decoder that currently is not possible to use in homebrew apps, so this port uses software decoding which runs on CPU, not GPU

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

Hi, 1080p couldn't work without overclocking, usually I set 1785 Mhz for CPU to get good performance. You could try to use smaller values, I was a bit lazy to find optimal value by myself.

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

Thinking about it, I could add a separate menu with setup for different combos like overlay menu, guide button and also mouse input mode. I'll create an issue on github with that idea to not forget about it!

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

For proper streaming session windows should know (or think) that it has at least one monitor connected, for unknown reason, your monitor stops notifying windows that it is connected while going to sleep. As guys said earlier, you could try to search something about it in settings of your...

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

No, it will not. Moonlight is userland-only application, and has no deal with sys-modules, and overclocking is not something, what userland app can do. Also, if it could be possible, it would create conflicts with sys-clk. Streaming apps for streaming, overclocking apps for overclocking, there...

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

Finally made it work. You should remove your libglfw3-dev installed by apt, then move libglfw.so.3 file compiled by yourself from /usr/local/lib folder to /usr/lib/aarch-.../ and replace it. Anyway joycons not working there, so I should make them work somehow, before it will become usable in L4T.

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

You should overclock CPU on your switch, default clocks just can't handle smooth 1080p video decoding. I'll add an in-app warning about it in future updates

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

It's very strange, I had problems with audio and input (audio fixed already, input delay can be dropped, if not press buttons for couple seconds), but never with video... Yesterday I've played Tales of Arise for 7 hours and no video latency appeared.
  20. XITRIX

Homebrew RELEASE Moonlight-Switch - Nvidia Game Stream client

What versions of HOS and Atm you use? Double checked it right now, keyboard appears without any problem. Try to clean your /switch/moonlight folder and re-pair your devices, crash could happen if incorrect encryption key file is there. I’m using v13.0 and Atm-1.1, but it should work on previous...
