Hello, I recently got a Wii U from someone who had installed Haxchi on it (not the coldboot version though.) Hacking 3DS constantly crashes. SD card problem?

How to open .spdat files?
I was looking into the files of an obscure DS game called "Kuruma de DS" and found a file called "spot_data.spdat". I'm assuming that the rest of the music in this game are located inside this file.
