Gaming PS2 games lagging when cutscene comes
So my PS2 has the matrix mod and I'm not sure about OPL. Whenever I play a game, it runs smoothly, but when a cutscene comes, it freezes and it takes several seconds to come back only to keep freezing and unfreezing again and again.
