I was just reading how a flashing green light means it may be stuck in toolbox mode. I think your right, I did have someone install it so I will reach out to then. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!- Paulhommie2

Yes, I have tried that for a few times with no luck. It will flash the Nintendo logo then go black again. The mod chip is flashing green while this happens.- Paulhommie2

Hi Everyone, I'm hoping someone has had this problem or knows a solution to fix it. My son accidently updated his switch to 17.0 without updating hekate or atmosphere. The switch has a modchip in it so I thought this would be an easy fix but I cannot get into hekate or atmosphere or anything...- Paulhommie2
