Build CIA from Cartridge through GodMode9 failing
I found that if you copy the file to the clipboard, then tell godmode9 to paste it to the folder you want, it works! Hope this helps, I was having that same problem and that's how I fixed it my self. The only problem is that it doesn't make a CIA, it just extracts the file.- FlamingoDude2763
