Wii U Gamepad couldn't connect to the console because of Region.
So, my situation is very stupid. Recently, I did an IFShax on my Wii U and region changed it. It worked, played through a lot of games on it, until I decided to temper with Bloopair a little bit. (Oh boy, I regreted it so fast) When I was pairing a gamepad I accidentally pressed sync twice...- TheChel98

Wish they would let us play the NCAA football 14 on newer xbox, its one of the only games I love and own on disc still, that is not back compatible, bs.
