    Vacationing in Shanghai...

I'm mainly interested in seeing modern things, shopping for random oddities, and trying out genuine mainland Chinese food. I'll be going with a tour group so that doesn't leave a lot of time to go exploring by myself. A couple random questions on my mind right now: -What's internet like for...

    Vacationing in Shanghai...

I'll be going for a vacation in Shanghai (and the surrounding area, such as Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi) this coming August for about a week. Tell me anything and everything I should know about the area, differences between there and Canada, where I live, and how I should prepare for the trip.

Reasons For and Against Games Like The Need For Speed Series?

For: it provides a safe place for people to act out their fantasies. People who do crazy stuff "because of video games" are already batshit insane to begin with; anything could've set them off.

    Do you wear a watch?

I wear a watch, partially for function, partially for fashion. I've also heard people say this, and most of the girls I see with watches usually have it on their right, even if they're right handed. I'm right handed, and I used to wear my watch on my right. Nowadays though I wear on my left.

Gaming Minimum distance from sensor bar?

Hi everyone, When setting up/using a Wii, do you have to maintain a minimum distance from the sensor bar for the Wiimote to work? EDIT: I'm just gonna go with Selim873's answer until I can actually verify it.

    Linux is it hard?

It can be hard if you're not used to doing things from a command prompt. With Linux, it's only really easy if you're only using it for casual things (internet, text processing, etc.), otherwise it can be fairly difficult if you're not willing to sit down and read through forums. I put it on my...

This just shows how easy it is for predators find people...

I think a better title would be "People are stupid on the internet". It wouldn't be easy for predators to find people if they didn't freely hand out their information.

    ADDING DRM to MP3/AAC files

@NGrapeD: Nope, changing extensions didn't do a thing. I'm gonna go ahead and chalk this one up as "impossible".

    ADDING DRM to MP3/AAC files

Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit: Tried the instructions in that post, didn't work out. Samsung Media Manager: I have it, but I'll need to get a micro USB cable first; they didn't pack one in >:(

    ADDING DRM to MP3/AAC files

@doyama: Nope, I've cut my MP3s to under 30 seconds and changed bitrates around, but to no avail.
