I connected the Atgames Legends Pinball using MissionControl to the Switch, using wireless control deck mode on the pinball.
On the Switch it appears as a Pro Controller, but no buttons works.
Connecting the Legends Pinball on an Android device works as a bluetooth controller and the buttons...
You could plug your switch into your pc via Usb, use tegrarcm, hacdiskmount and nxemmcmanager or something I dont remember the name now. With your rawnand backup on pc of course.
That way you could flash your backup through Usb.

Shut down your Switch. Plug in your RCMLoader and the JIG onto the right joycon rail.
Hold VOLUME PLUS (+) and push POWER. Hold volume plus until you see a picture.
When in the switch homemenu, go to album.
Plug your RCMLoader One into your PC and put your Kosmos payload into Atmosphere folder (it should be payload.bin).
RCMLoader One let you start in RCM and CFW without the need of a PC.
Then follow the guide you mentionned.
