I LOVE noodles! Even though they're terrible for your health. They're a cheap, fast way to eat. Faster than pasta for sure.

Instant noodles were my only salvation of food when I was working last year.

What I did was; after cooking for 3 minutes, crack an egg above it, pop it on the over for around 20-30 secs, then break the yolk and mix it.

That alone makes me full and solve my break food/lunch.

I've never actually tried it but my educated guess would be that it goes well if you strain the noodles before adding the flavor packet. I think the hot broth would mess with the texture and consistency of the spam in weird and unpleasant ways.

I would slightly fry spam first, but mostly because i'm not a fan of it cold.

The reason why I dont eat them all at once is because
well, you know the chemical glue used to make all the noodles stick together
well, it takes about 2 week to get off your digestive system
And that glue is cancerous when you eat too much of it
glad to be instructive to temp and prevent some people from having cancer

I dont know what is the right word for it
but it's a chemical product that makes instant noodles stick together
that chemical product takes 2 week to completly leave your body
eating too much of this can cause cancer

This wax coating thing sounds like a bullshit, or something that could pass any kind of food regulations only in a country with no food regulations at all. Here in Poland we have very strict food safety law, so i don't believe in things like this. Americans shall also fight for more restrictive law in this case. It's not "UH DON'T EAT NOODLES/RAW MEAT/RAW EGGS/SOMETHING BECAUSE IT KILLS" it's "People responsible for these products are idiots".
