3DS XL Hack Problem

Hello there

So when i wanted to hack my 3DS XL today (following this Tutorial until 11:00 ) i came to the Point of opening Pokèmon Picross, i got the weird Screens but then Pokèmon Picross shuts down and a Message gets displayed(forcing me to shut down)

found the Error (had to use unSAFE_MODE)

Now opening up Picross takes me right to the HB Launcher

i already thought the 3DS XL was hacked when i got it yesterday (extended Black Screens when switching through Apps) but Booting up and holding Select just takes me to the normal Home Menu(so no CFW?)

I wonder what to do now...

The 3DS XL was last used 2018 by the pre-owner (a little 8 Year old Kid I wonder if he hacked it) I Factory resseted the System,did this part of the hack and now am in the HBMenu
(don't worry no big Childhood stuff was on there)

any Recommendations on how to proceed?

You should use his 11.16 guide because that's the latest firmware. 11.15 vguide is outdated.

And/or just follow https://3ds.hacks.guide, which is what he bases the 11.16 video on.

Edit: on second thought, since you have the homebrew menu already just start from here: https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(hbl-usm)

Okay i made it with the new Video,Great man!

it says in the CFW now "Cfw installed already!"

I think now a NAND Backup right?
