Guys, I want to translate the games I like most into PTBR and also give them as a gift to my son who is only 7 years old and doesn't know how to read in another language yet, where should I start, could anyone help me on this new journey of mine?

While the video mentions PS1 games, a lot of the information still applies to translating a gamefile in general.
I assume that means Brazilian Portuguese.
Many games already have fanmade translation patches; you can find them at https://www.romhacking.net . If no one has made a translation patch yet, then you are unlikely to be able to make one yourself without a great deal more experience.
New versions of Retroarch also include an auto-translate feature, but I don't think you will be able to run those versions on the 3DS.
Also, please try to write a descriptive subject line when asking for help on an Internet forum. Instead of "A great help and a beginner" you could have written "Translating games into Portuguese", for instance.

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
