Hacking "a tile molester" for Wii?

Do consider that many wii graphics will be 3d and so require 3d editing rather than 2d/tile based with the possible minor exception of texture editing. This being said a lot of menus can still use 2d, alas the last time I tried this I forced it through an old SNES editor and while it did come out I will leave you to see the results:

You might have better luck with a more modern version of crystaltile2 and also have a look at the likes of http://hitmen.c02.at/files/yagcd/yagcd/frames.html (for the gamecube I know but the hardware will be similar enough to make a few leaps).

You might want to poke around some of the devkitpro tools as well.
