Can you use a cellphone for dev mode app

You'd have to try it. The dev portal doesn't seem to care which browser is used, but it's usually suggested using edge. I've only had it get stuck once, on Firefox. Anyway, I'd imagine it works with a phone.

    But Nintendo's GBA video format is different, being that it uses a custom ROM and chipset for rendering, for like the Shrek and Shark Tale titles. Been undumpable for years and years.
