Is he as smart as for instance like Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory,Professor Utonium from Whoopass Stew(Prototype Early Intro of TV Cartoon),Stewie Griffin from Family Guy,Baby Genius,lucky as infant baby from Tom,The Boss Baby,Baby Hermann from Who Framed Roger Rabbit or not nowadays still...etc.?
