I have a modded 3DS and I have been trying to install dlc for the game Fire Emblem Fates via the Hshop.
Now, I have the birthright cartridge with all 3 paths unlocked and some of the DLC already on the game but for some reason whenever I try to install the DLC pack it says that I don't have the "base game" installed. Is this just an issue that happens with cartridge games or is there some way to fix it? I've tried region switching and it still won't recognize the game. (Yes I have made sure that the cartridge is in my 3DS whenever I try to download the DLC.) Any help would be greatly appreciated
