Hacking HELP - Pokemon dream radar / white 2

So i got Pokemon dream radar but I only have an nds of white2, and i cant find the titles folder in luma, please help :/

I tried making a title file in the luma folder with the id they said and the ips but it still isnt working

I tried that but it requires putting something in "/luma/titles/00040000000AE100" and I dont have that folder

If only there was a way make new folders on the SD card so you could put in one of those code.ips, but alas the supply of folders from digital *aether is finite and rare.

I made the folder but it says B2 or W2 is not inserted

Maybe just use PK Hex to get these mons?
