ROM Hack How can I Decrypt .3ds files on my pc?

Hi everyone,

I recently obtained three ROMs for games that I've been wanting to play. One of the games is "Highschool DxD," but unfortunately it's in Japanese. I'm looking for some advice on how I can go about extracting the .3ds files so I can try translating the game into English.

Specifically, I'm wondering if there's a software or app for Windows that can decrypt the game's .3ds file, so I can locate the text and dialogue information and translate it. Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can through godmode. I'm not sure about a pc app though.

That requires use of a 3DS though, right? I don't have one, I emulate using Citra

Not sure if you can boot godmode with citra. I've never used it.
