In my opinion, the Wii U has 2 GB DDR3 RAM, which is in the requirements to use the RPCS3 emulator and the Dolphin emulator but I do not know if the emulator Xenia needs that RAM to use said emulator.
It should also be noted that it is 7 times more powerful for the IBM POWER7 CPU at 1.24 GHz than the Xbox 360 to emulate it.
