Had the exact same problem lol

1 website said my Switch was patched
2nd website said it was unpatched
3rd website said possibly patched.

Still haven't got around to actually trying to hack it :rofl2:

I will go ahead and link ismyswitchpatched.com, but I do relate to the trouble.

I had a day-one Switch (literally, bought day one) that even then I never got around to hacking out of fear of getting banned, so that was relegated to "If I was crazy enough to buy another Switch. Then I sent it in to get the rails repaired along with my Joy-Con sticks replaced in 2019. When it came back, it was now a XAW9 unit. The site said it was most likely patched, as it being a refurbished unit they just transferred everything to wasn't outside the realm of possibility. But I eventually gave it a shot with one from switchjigs.com (now defunct). If I recall correctly, it was at most... $6? It is a white jig with a red & blue "NS-Atmosphere" logo on the back.

So hey, get it cheap (and make sure they don't make contact with the 4 pin, which provides 5v power to the Joy-Con so connecting it to any other pin WILL fry the system), it works, and a whole new world of software is at your fingertips. If it doesn't, well, you can give it to a friend with an unpatched Switch!
