Hardware N3dsXL sdxc(formatted fat32) won't read on main OS but is readable on Fastboot3ds?

hi so I have a micro sdxc card (400gb Sandisk) formatted using formatGUI it only can reed Firm files via fastboot3ds boot loader when I enter the main OS (Homescreen) i get a Popup saying the inserted "micro SD card could not be read" but on fastboot3ds I can select OpenAGBFirm and even play GBA roms on it no problem has anyone encountered this problem and fixed it?

Is it set to FAT32, 32kb, primary partition?

Perhaps a fastboot3ds user can help you, I use Boot9strap instead.

looking at a diff partition manager it did say logical i reformatted it primary and 32k cluster will try it out soon

and yes it was because it was logical and not primary thanks weird how the switch formatted it to logical+exfat

It's not recommend to go past 128GB as it case problems exactly like this one
