This includes some questions, but it's not immediately visible which system they pertain to. Both of these are 3DS, so I'd suggest some custom colored icons to identify which are answered or not, something like this:
Quick and dirty mockup, but it's the 3DS icon turned green. Yellow and red ones could be used as well.
