Hello.

Here in Austria the "government" have decided this year per act of parliament:

You must register your new bought Pre-Paid Card with Name/Adress and verify it per Passport and/or ID Card.
Main reasoning:
Easier hunting down criminals.......

Is this act usual in YOUR Country ?

By the way:
Cards purchased before 2019 getting invalid on 1.September 2019 (why not 11th.....) if vou NOT register it.
