I want to repair some PS2 controllers (SCPH-10010 H) with new membranes. But unlike a A-model which I repaired in the past, these H-models don't have part numbers on the membranes. Also, I have two versions of it, one has a soldered membrane and another one has a ZIF socket. But they are both SCPH-10010 H.

How can I identify those membrane part numbers so I can order replacements?

The upper one is from the one with ZIF socket, the lower one was soldered. They are both 19-pin.

The ZIF-socket one looks like the SA1Q43A I used before on a SCPH-10010 A, but that membrane had 18 pins. This one is really 19-pin.

Hello,

19-th pin is dead one - it just present - you need to install without it.
If you buy zif-socket with 19 - then check the left one - it not connected to the logic - only to motherborad.
I very recommend buy 18 zif-socket and just ignore the one connector - as it give better connect.
I bought 18Pin SA1Q42A - it can be used for A revision(just put the connector strait to one side - ignore the one pin - it is not used) , and with H revision(just need to solder new ZIF-socket - just leave one connector aside when solder.

I can share the end work if my describe is not good.

Some time ago I ordered these:
https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005003639945398.html
The option "SA1Q43-A With 19Pin".

I received the parts and successfully repaired both the "H" model with soldered membrane and the one with ZIF connector with these :)

However, I needed to trim them at the triggers because they are too width to fit otherwise. I bought 5 of those membranes and they all 5 works.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
