Hi, I have recently developed a plugin which translates the PSP HOME menu AND the SaveData Utility dialog to the language set in your XMB System Settings (English, French, German, etc).
By default, Japanese PSP games change the language (and button input as well, but that's not important right now) of the system dialog to Japanese as well.
The plugin completes the job and patches the system, resulting in the system dialog being translated all the way through. This allows casual users to enjoy playing their favorite fan translated PSP games without the hassle of trying to understand what the untranslated parts are trying to tell you.
