Hacking [PSP] Rewrite help with PAK and PSB files

i need a tool to extract and repack the pak files, can only extract if say a file format info to i make a repack tool (i only can make my own tool if don'y have encryption in the pak)

and i need decrypt or a way to edit the scripts files with the format .psb
