ROM Hack Shiny Union Circle injecting

So I'm trying to figure out how to spawn the shiny legendaries into my game. I don't mean like adding them through PK Hex I'm wanting to make them spawn in the wild on the map. I see some people doing it by creating a union circle and spawning them for others to catch and I'm curious how they do it. I run a Facebook group and mod on another and I'm wanting to do shiny overworld spawns for people. I have a hacked switch and I wanna know what files I need to download to do this. Apologies for the long thread lol

you need tesla overlay menu and cheat txt

Also some pokemons tend to crash the game a lot, and others work like 50/50
