Hello, I have the game almost finished but I want to make it 100% and there are things that in the underground is impossible, someone sees it well in Yuzu or have any way to fix it, I would appreciate it very much, because it is impossible to play it like that.

Yes, now that the game has launched, the yuzu team has fixed all issues so that you don't need to add external fixes, so using the latest EA is enough, even though I would recommend using other smaller patches to increase texture quality, or internal resolution.
