Hacking [SX Lite] Emunand CFW Update - stuck at Boot Logo

Hy,
maybe someone can help me.

I have a Switch Lite with installed SX Lite.
*OFW is on 10.0.2
*SX OS boot.dat is on 3.1.0

When i create a fresh emunand from OFW, all is working as expected.
But as soon as i make a Firmware Update on Emunand, the switch doesnt boot anymore. Sometimes it get stuck on the Switch Boot Logo, sometimes earlier after the first Nintendo Logo.
It doesnt matter, if the updated FW is on 10.4.0, 11.0.0, or anything else, its just not working.
I tried to change boot.dat Versions, nothing.

I tried 3 SD cards, maybe 8 times or more. I did a lot of SX Lite installs, but that never happend before.

Does anyone have a clue?

No, but i have my sources on HDD, which i use on every switch i mod. But you are right, i will try to get it from somewhere else.
