When i launch JKSM (on homebrew launcher) it blackscreens. the new 2ds xl is ok and its on fw (firmware):11.13.0-45E
And when i try to install the cia file it just fails to install in FBI. so,is there a fix for this???

JKSM cia file in FBI. and blackscreens in homebrew launcher and also in homebrew launcher the icon is the defautl devkitpro icon but with a ? on it.

and yes i do have cfw
All CIA files install perfectly. just jksm is like when i try to install it: (invaild agrument)
JKSM works now but whenever I go to system titles, StreetPass Mii Plaza, the only option is to create a new folder. version: 08/19/2018
I can't extract the meet.dat file because (export save) isn't an option on my screen.

Did you extract both save data and extra data? Im fairly sure this game runs mostly from extra data saves.
Well I located the meet.dat file do I Copy to SD Card or something else?

I just use JKSM to extract whats needed. It makes folder on sd. you use that file on pc with editor.
My import only resets the Plaza to default. Ive tried a few times. Even deleting the meet.dat on the system, and starting plaza to make a fresh one, and editing/trying that one.
But it always resets it to default, i have my tags, but everything else is gone and I only get the welcome intro.

I know this forum is dead, but this also happens to me. I use a new 2DS XL. Could someone please help?
Spotpass is still working (somehow!) despite the eShop closure - I don't think ninty care enough to hand out bans for modded 3DS's anymore - but I may be wrong.
Go to Streetpass Mii Plaza settings > Turn on Spotpass > put your console in sleep mode for a while
It took me a few tries and turning the setting on and off again and putting into sleep mode for each instalment, but i got there eventually, and with the help of the save editor I now have all puzzles completed
I love being able to help people complete their puzzles in a time when the software has been all but abandoned everywhere else - Thank you for your service

What's really cool about Pi's tho is you can have multiple SD cards with different OS on each SD card and change from say a gaming machine to a full fledged pc if wanted -

For a kids aspect Anbernic would be the better option they'd probably melt over the price on a good 4k display+1

Again you get what you pay for, its like buying a S series for $300 but its only 1440p native, if you want true 4k, gotta get the X model for $500. But yea you right, when moms buying it anyways, you gotta stay cheap.

I here ya there, I have too many myself, and have hard time letting them go, since most of mine I've modded at some point. Anymore I just play Switch on the go, seriesx at home.

I'm designing my own entertainment cabinet for my man cave, to store all my systems, then I'm also designing a power supply/HDMI switcher so I can switch to whichever system I want, and power it also. Already picked up the cabinet board, but tinkering with my drawings before start

But yea, I have frogger arcade cabinet that I gutted and put a Pi4 then Pi5 into, but it never gets played much anymore, should sell it. Even when the kids come over, they don't want to play on it, just the xbox. TMNT and Simpson's arcade is still so fun on it, esp w 2 players.
