I don't mind if you show me a forced ad in the beginning of the video that's fine, but this interrupting the video MULTIPLE TIMES in a single video to show ads is BULLSHIT. I keep trying ad blocks but eventually they disable them.

Done, but will they disable it like they have about 6 others I've tried? They call them malware and won't let me use them.

And here I thought you always were "Loco" :tpi:

Anyways, I don't know what I've done, and I do have an adblocker, And I have had no problems :)

I do though, get them on my phone  watching YT.

if anyone wants more options across different devices:
Android - newpipe, revanced (I think you need to be rooted) I've been corrected by four people...
windows/Linux - freetube is stand-alone
ios - brave browser
android Tv (ie nvidia shield) - smarttube next

I use the Brave browser. It has a built-in ad blocker, and I have never seen a YouTube ad with it.

That is strange, because I also use Brave browser and Youtube made me disable their ad blocker, and then every ad blocker I try ends up disabled by Brave browser for being malware.

Firefox (or Librewolf/r3dfox/Pale Moon/Seamonkey/Icecat)+Ublock Origin, Brave (if you want to stay within Chromium clones) or Newpipe/Revanced (Android). Pick your poison, I barely use youtube anyway outside looking up a tutorial or someone linking it up as reference for news/interviews/old media/trailers.

Default youtube experiance just sucks.

Can't use it without Ublock, Sponserblock, and clickbait remover to get rid of all the "pulling a stupid face with a red arrow" thumbnails. Even if you paid for premium, would still have to run sponserblock and clickbait remover.

Honestly. Vanilla YouTube at this point is a corporate machine. Every popular creator MUST have clickbait thumbnails, sponsors, ads, no cursing, no violence, can't say "suicide", can't say "kill", can't do this, can't do that, do all this right and get money. Over and over and over again. It's a perpetual checklist of approval. Step out of line, all money goes out the window.

I hate that the uploaders can't just check boxes for categories like "has cursing", "has violent topics", etc and just let the viewers filter out what they want to see on the platform.

We had our grandkids over yesterday and I got a small above ground swimming pool I filled for them to play in. Well today I woke to find 3 ducks swimming around in it. Don't mind really but they are annoyingly loud, quack quack. Gotta drain it today. Guess what were having for dinner, lol.

plus if you're making brownies or lava cakes for people with dairy allergies, you should use oil instead of butter anyway

I make rum cake for 4th July every year, I make it a week prior and then soak it in rum in the fridge all week. I flip the cake each day, and add little more rum, it soaks it up everyday, so good.
