1) I managed to finish another college semestre yesterday. The year was mostly bitter with a few sweet fully-learned lessons and an appetite-whetting hope.
2) I managed to get my Wii to run Wii isos now. [I used this guide(1).] Until then, I hit into quite a few problems in getting my Wii modded, but, ever since I just forgot everything and used the guide. Before that, I had to try 4 times in getting the isos to work. (I just had to leave the original name alone while burining at x8, considering that my discs were Memorex x1-x16 DVD-Rs.) I had a pack of 10, but I plan on buying a $14-or-something stack of 50 DVD-Rs (from a true brand name, of course).
Now all I have left to do is burn Epic Mickey for one of my brothers and then try to burn GameCube games to iso.
3) I got my bank account activated! /song/ I can buy my Gemei!
4) My father essentially gave me a choice between a better laptop computer (since this current computer is rather pooie, having 1 GB of memory, 110 GB of HDD, 3+ years of use, and a functionality problem even when I used Ubuntu) and a 60GB Playstation 3 (which is now at $300 here). Me, I would pick the computer right now (unless you have reasons why I should pick the PS3), but I would ideally pick both (especially considering that I have a TI 84+, one of the devices used for the PS3 Jailbreak).
5) Before any of those, I actually rearranged the keys of my current laptop computer to conform to the classic Dvorak layout (the one in which the numbers are is a different order and all). I was actually pleased that I could remove the stickers on my keys...
P.S. I am getting into the Trauma Centre series lately. (Yes; the Wii iso I am playing right now is Trauma Team.)
