A habit of mine

Well, I noticed I always open doors for everyone. And I do mean everyone.

It's almost annoying, but I find it compulsive. It feels wrong when I go in first and not open the door for everyone behind me.'

Is this some sort of psychological thing?

I never close doors when I'm not on my own.
Someone pointed this out to me just the other day. :P

And people say chivalry is dead... Or maybe you were a doorman in your previous life, LOL.

Ok, seriously though... As long as you're doing it because you want to and not for some sort of gain [like if there's a hot chick behind you] then you're fine. Of course, if burglars are chasing you, remember to close the door if you outrun them, LOL.

I usually don't open doors for people but if someone is behind me, I'll push the door hard enough so that it stays open so they can get through.

Most of the time though it ends up with my friends being too much of a bunch of nice fucks and insisting I go first through a doorway and that they hold the door.
