Yeah, EASILY the best company when it comes to customer support. My mie2i headphones which cost me $130 had the headphone jack snapped in half by my brother. I thought for sure I had to get them repairs as I've had them for a little over a year. I call the # on their site, I have a person within 2 minutes. They ask me my last name and # and they had me on file! I haven't spoken to bose for 5 years! That alone surprised me. I told the representative the story of how my earbuds broke and he asked me to read the little code on the left earbud piece and he said it was out of warranty but it is no big deal, they will give me a brand new one with a new 1 year warranty. JUST LIKE THAT. He asked me for additional details and in less than 10 minutes on the phone I already have everything needed for brand new ones. Just got the shipping label for expedited shipping. At the end of the phone call I complemented the quality of service this company provides. Simply amazing. Hopefully others have experienced the same quality of service. It's hard to find a company with good products AND good customer service. Bose managed to do both with excellent quality.
