I started to work on my own "CFW" now.
I tried to figure out how to rebuild NCAs with Retail Encryption and it turned out that it is WAAAAAAY more complicated as I thought.
Even with the SDK, it's absolutly painful, probably impossible without it.
I had to modify the SDK to build NCAs with Retail Keys instead of Dev Keys (editing two .dll files by replacing the keys needed for that).
I also had to create a NPDM file from Scratch that should be almost exactly like the original one from qlaunch.
Yea, too complicated to explain here...
Anyways, here's the result:
