Dark Dawn is okay. It wasn't quite what I expected after so long.

Sort of kind of a spoiler I guess, just in case it is:

In my opinion, the encounter rate for wild pokemonmonsters is just right. One thing that annoys me in many games is high encounter rate while walking.

The encounter rate is fine, the game isn't all that hard though. If you even have to level grind once outside of maybe one of the extra bosses, I would be really surprised. I'm not a huge fan of easy games. That, and Dark Dawn has several "points of no return."

Nothing like not only forgetting a Djinni, but finding that there is no way in hell that you'll ever be getting it back. The wrap up for the game was also unexpected. I wasn't aware I was at the end of the game when it finally did end. I beat a boss and next thing I know, the end game sequence is starting up.

Djinni hunting isn't difficult, nor are the psynergy puzzles. The summons are more diverse this go around at least, but that's one of few improvements I found that weren't the graphics. Otherwise, it is just kind of the same game again minus the lighthouses.

How heavy/sharp was the metal?

It wasn't sharp, and it was about a pound of aluminium, but that still would've hurt you know
