Hello

Hey guys and gals. It's been a while since I've been active here. Life and things and such. I'm just popping by now to see how you're all doing.

All things considered my life has actually been going very well. I worked out at a Bible Camp over the Summer. It was very stressful but definitely a great learning experience (especially on how to deal/befriend kids). I'm hoping to go back next Summer.

I've been working at Future Shop as a Seasonal for a little over a month now. My term is almost over though :/
I was hoping to get into Entertainment with movies and Video Games but they put me in Home Office. I still know pretty much nothing about computers but I'm selling stuff so either I'm learning or people are believing my BS assumptions :P

Anyways, that's just a bit about what I've been up to lately. Most of you probably don't care, but I hope to get some responses with how you all are doing!

Good to meet another Canadian on here, eh?

Nice Future Shop job, sounds like you're quite the salesperson. Did you have to work on the weekend Future Shop and Best Buy (Canada) did the epic trade in deal? You know, trade in any current gen game, get AC4, BF4, or COD10? Would like to hear how that was from an employe's perspective.

Another Canadian? Not again... just kidding; enjoy your time on here. I know of a bunch of Canadians which are on here and will be heartily pleased to welcome another of their kind. :) You learned how to deal with kids? But kids are random and do unpredictable things. You mean you know how to handle the unpredictable situations you'll face? :unsure:

Me, I'm doing great; I'm sure you can tell by now. I turned my Wii on and played MUA2; it'd been a while and it was fun. I'm a bit rusty at it though...

I don't care how friendly you are, I don't think dealing kids is a very Christian thing to do. :angry:

Haha I used to hate bible camp but that's awesome about your new job, do they give you free laptops to use on the job? Anyways happy holidays. :moogle:

It's nice to see some new friendly people around here. :)

user64: I was not working then. I got my job just after that event. However I did participate in the event. It was pretty awesome.

calmwaters: It's true. Kids are very unpredictable. I won't say I've learned everything, but definitely more than before. I used to hate being around kids.

They don't give me free laptops for the job however I did just buy a new one yesterday. I really like it so far. :)
