You guys wanna know what really peeves me sometimes?

Ok, so I like to draw, and my family and friends say that I have a natural talent for it which I'm not sure about myself (will leave attachement of one of my drawings so you can judge for yourself) anyway, so I have (well ex friend now) a friend who whenever I would post something that I drew that day, he would try and one up me all of the time with something that he would draw that looks great, fantastic even. pretty much making me feel like I'm in the dust. But I dunno, that really bothers me, I've told the dude to not do that because it makes me feel bad and he doesn't care. Really though, am I just being childish or?

one solution is to block him on whatever site you're posting your art.

the other is to accept that there's always somebody better and try to let that somehow motivate you to get better. there might be a third solution, but my brain fails me

Practice, practice, practice. I'm terrible at drawing, but I can do a somewhat decent job at colorizing a sketch that someone else has done.

Art isn't about being the best. It's impossible to be the best since it's entirely subjective anyway. Just draw and enjoy doing it. That should be why you do it.

    So a man goes to the doctor because his boner wont go down. As he is laying in the hospital bed, with his thing propped up in the air, a fly is flying around and landing on the tip and bothering him, so he calls in the nurse. The nurse comes in, swats at the fly but can't quite reach it, so she climbs his boner to get better aim. After a few tries of swatting and sliding back down, she says sorry I cant get it. He says keep going, a few more tries, and I can shoot the fly down.

    I usually just make my own milkshakes at home with a Ninja blender, but minus the milk. - Ice, Margarita mix, and Tequilla. Makes the best shakes!
