Yes, but I found it crap, I decided to make a new version, more elaborate.

The top is different, the official theme does not have the logo of the 30 years at the top.

Do you have a link on how to install these themes? Despite having a CFW 3DS I've never installed a theme.

Download the application called Themely, create a folder called themes, at the root of your SD, install Themely, then download the theme using QR-CODE through Themely.
