This week I feel awful.

I'm going into a depression, I suppose. This isn't the first or last time this'll happen. But anyways for starters, I live on the east coast, and it's been raining all week to the point of a flash flood yesterday, so that doesn't exactly help with the mood. Last week I got a shit ton of cankersores on my upper lip, most likely from the stress of an event I just did, but all the same my lip was swollen until Wednesday. I couldn't talk easily, and I couldn't practice my Oboe, which is bad because I just started and you need to keep with consistent practicing to properly develop tone and skill. Then on Tuesday I fell on my bike, and got some nasty scrapes on my face and knee. And to top it off, my girlfriend broke up with me with some "It's not you it's me" BS. I don't want to make my problems seem worse than other people's, but damn do I feel terrible right now.

I ain't gunna lie, that sounds pretty rough. If you feel depressed, do something about it. Do things that make you happy. It's your life, so live the way you want to. Sometimes you can't control events that may occur but you can certainly choose your attitude about it. After all, we only live once.
P.S. talking about it helps a ton to, so your on the right track.
