Read This. Do not comment if you're going to be hateful.

So, I want to explain everything to everybody.
If you don’t know what I’m writing about, you’ve been living under a rock. I’m not surprised, go read up and come back to read and before you hate on me, read fully.
Yes. It was wrong. Yes, it was morally shitty. Yes, I do feel bad; but yes, I deserve to feel bad. I have lost more than enough friends. No, I will not tell you the amount. You don’t need to know. Ian knows, and he didn’t want any of it. No, I do not want you to forgive me just because he somewhat did. That’s not right. Forgive me or don’t, I am not caring for the simple fact that this ties in with things happening the day I returned from Poland (it was the same day, I had like 60 DMs when I got off the plane), and I was not in the right state of mind. I tried to cover it up somewhat, but I stopped, because there was no point, and it’d have just hurt even further to try to cover it up, because Ian’s genuinely a nice person. ]

To sum it up:
- I’m a terrible person
- ..but insult/harass me and I’m reporting you.
- Anything I work on (kaeru:world, RC24, Wiimmfi) does not condone my actions, however those services aren’t just me. Do not judge an app/service by it’s developer.
- Ian, as before, I will apologise for this until the day I die.

EDIT for further clarification: This was back in April, an apology was issued but wasn't as actually public - $500 of the amount was donated to EFF back in April, however the remaining amount was not.

Question for some of you. Why do you keep asking about the money? He's made it clear he doesn't want to discuss it. Leave it alone.

M
cuz money makes the world go 'round

@Memoir - OP said don't ask amount, I didn't. I am just curious why all/more of it wasn't donated, and what was done with the rest. :)

What topic? This is all pointless now. People are either on the hippie bandwagon, marching their pitchforks or don't care either way. Is anyone really interested in hearing everyone's stance?

If you turn over an exploit that wasn't yours and that you were trusted with for a reward, you will always be a piece of shit no matter what. People here should not forgive what you have done, you're a pathetic excuse of a human/user. Go ahead and report me, try to get me banned for calling you a piece of shit. People like you ruin everything good in the hacking/homebrew scene.

Nero, you'll get over yourself at some point in life. Hopefully sooner than later. It has nothing to do with you. You acting pathetic over it is why the scene is as bad as it is.

This is hilarious.

If you truely understood that you would just apologise and STFU about it.

This post and bragging about given a portion of your ill-gotten gains is just so painfully childish.

But you know, so long as you can live with it fuck the rest of us. It was Ian's fault for being a poor judge of character.

Bright side is for people is at least everyone knows not to trust you with their wallet. This was on the whole a cheap way for many people to realise that.

@Sonic Angel Knight

Someone trusted him with a small work in process exploit and he sold it to Ninny for some cash. So not only did he shit on this guy who trusted him, he took a bag of silver and got the exploit patched.

I hope you bought some hookers and booze with that money!

I'm obviously joking around as I have made some major mistakes in my life that I regret to this day. My only advice is to move on and learn from your mistakes which you seem to be doing which is great! And my message to those still attacking him, is that he knows what he has done wrong. I know you're holier than thou (totally not being sarcastic) but calm the hell down. We've all made mistakes before since it is a part of human nature. Hatred fueled by anger will not doing anything but divide us as a community.
